MEIS is pleased to announce the successful kick-off of a new refurbishment project at the renowned South Lodge Hotel in Horsham, which commenced on 5th January. The project will be delivered over a 10 week programme in close collaboration with our client, Montage Projects.

This refurbishment focuses on the enhancement of several key areas within the hotel, including the function rooms and the award winning ‘The Pass’ restaurant. A key aspect of the project is that all works are being carried out within a live hotel environment, requiring careful coordination to ensure minimal disruption to guests and everyday operations.

As part of the upgrade, MEIS will be installing new architectural lighting, advanced lighting control systems, and upgraded power and audio-visual infrastructure. These improvements are designed to elevate operational efficiency and the overall guest experience, ensuring the spaces meet modern performance standards while maintaining the hotel’s luxury aesthetic.
