We make M&E easy, efficient and more collaborative for main contractors,
design teams, clients and developers.
<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">M&EIS Easy
Everything is easier when you’re dealing with experts. Every one of our projects has one or more of our directors leading it. Consequently we bring a highly practical, hands on knowledge that can more easily cope with challenges that are common to complex M&E installations.
<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">M&EIS Efficient
Whatever the stage of the plan of work, we enter every project with the same focus on meeting deadlines. Through planning and preparation to simplify our installations, whatever it takes, our intelligent, informed approach means we can deliver quickly and efficiently.
<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">M&EIS Collaborative
It requires a complete team effort to deliver practical and sustainable buildings for our end users. With so many years in the industry, we understand the complexities of construction and the importance of working collaboratively.
By always prioritising the project, we build trust with other contractors, our own network of specialist subcontractors and the client, making us the team that everyone wants on site and on their side.
<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">Whatever it takes
M&EIS was formed by two respected industry professionals Mark Jackson and Jim Ritchie. After having spent decades working for some of the UK’s largest M&E companies, they established M&EIS with the aim of getting back on site to solve problems.

M&EIS’s vast knowledge and experience makes them the go-to trouble shooters for complex projects. Every project has at least one director leading it, so recognising problems before they happen, simplifying each plan of work stage and collaborating with the wider construction team comes easy to the team.
ANY STAGE ANY TIME
Our high quality, sustainable installations are always designed to improve the experience of all building users. Following the RIBA Plan of Work, most clients ask M&EIS to join the team at any one of the Stages from 2 – 6, working through
until completion.
