Upcoming M&E Works at Grattan House, Dublin
MEIS are proud to announce our involvement in an upcoming 8 week refurbishment programme at Grattan House, located on Mount Street in the heart of Dublin. The project is scheduled to commence on 19th January 2026 and will be delivered in close collaboration with our valued client, Grant Fit Out.
This refurbishment project will focus on a comprehensive upgrade of the building’s ground floor, with works including the transformation of the reception area, toilet facilities, and meeting rooms. The aim is to create a modern, high-quality workspace that enhances both functionality and user experience, while meeting current compliance and performance standards.
MEIS will be responsible for delivering a wide range of electrical and low-voltage systems, ensuring the building is equipped with reliable, efficient, and future-ready infrastructure. The scope of works includes:

Switchgear upgrades to improve safety and operational resilience
- Architectural lighting and advanced lighting control systems
- Emergency lighting installations to ensure compliance and occupant safety
- Small power installations to support modern workplace requirements
- Fire alarm systems to enhance life safety
- Door access systems for improved security and controlled entry
- CCTV systems to strengthen site security
- Integrated audio-visual systems to support collaborative meeting spaces
