Situated in the heart of Belfast, behind the well-known St. George’s Market, MEIS recently completed a CAT B office fit-out across levels one and three at 2-10 East Bridge Street for our valued client, Grant Fit Out.
This building is no stranger to MEIS, last year we completed a successful CAT A office fit-out and we were delighted to be back to complete further works.
The project commenced in July this year and ran for a six week period, with both floors being fitted out simultaneously to meet the scheduled handover date.

- Commissioning and testing to Building Services Research and Information Association (BSRIA) standards

- Video door entry and access control installations
- General power installations, including under-floor and desk power solutions
- Kitchen Appliance installations
- Testing and inspections to BS761
