MEIS were appointed directly by the client to complete the mechanical infrastructure installations

for this luxury Boutique hotel in the heart of Soho, London.

Broadwick Soho is a vibrant, independent luxury hotel created by a group of friends and the first London hotel designed by the renowned designer Martin Brudnizki (Annabel’s, The Beekman).This refreshingly original property will offer impeccable, personalised service in cosy yet opulent surroundings. This new hotel has been crafted from the love of the past and excitement for the future and will be imaginative across every detail. Brudnizki took inspiration from the gritty glamour, but also eclectic and diverse history of Soho, describing the hotel as “Studio 54 meets your eccentric godmother’s Soho townhouse”.  The 57 residential-feeling guestrooms include 1 Penthouse and 9 Suites with many rooms offering private balconies and all featuring the finest appointments and amenities.

The project came with all the challenges and rewards that would be expected from such a unique project.
