Ernst Young are one of the largest professional services networks in the world. As one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, it primarily provides assurance, tax and information technology services in areas such as cyber security, cloud, digital transformation and AI advisory services to it’s clients. 

EY have been based in Bedford House Belfast for several years and in 2024 they acquired level 2 of the renowned office and retail hub to expand their workforce.

The MEP works for Level 2 required full design and co-ordination of the 11,000 square-feet floorplate to incorporate part of the original Cat A base services to provide state of the art spaces incorporating client reception areas, open plan office spaces, social and collaboration spaces and individual meeting hubs and suites and an 86 person auditorium. 

The programme was extremely challenging and required a complete team effort to deliver. 

MEIS worked closely with the Main Contractor and Client representatives to ensure the Stage 3 concept was developed to fully incorporate the client brief, whilst ensuring the technical design and performance of the MEP installations exceeded industry standards.

The project was successfully handed over to the client in December 2024. The spaces look fantastic!

MEIS were responsible for the design and full MEP installations from Stage 3 to 5.
