Leeds City College is one of the largest education institutions in the UK. With over 20,000 students, it is one of the biggest providers of apprenticeships regionally. Park Lane Campus is home to the Sport and Sixth Form Science departments. 

MEIS were appointed by our client, McAvoy, to deliver the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations in this new three storey science block – containing sports science laboratories, a massage room, IT rooms, teaching rooms and ancillary spaces.

We worked closely with the main contractor and other specialists to ensure the programme was delivered on schedule, being handed over to the client in June 2025.
