The Soloist Building is situated in the heart of Belfast City Centre, sharing space with some of Belfast’s most iconic Landmark buildings such as the Royal Courts of Justice, Waterfront Hall & St George’s Market. 

MEIS were delighted to be appointed by our valued client, Grant Fit Out, to deliver the MEP installations associated with the complete refurbishment of Level 3, including receptions, open-plan workstations for 118 people, boardrooms, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, kitchens and W.Cs. 

Despite the challenging programme, MEIS worked closely with the main contractor and other nominated specialists to ensure the programme was delivered on schedule. To achieve this, MEIS and our supply chain worked shift patterns, ensuring strict noise restrictions were adhered to.

We also committed to a seven-day working week, delivering the project in 16 weeks – two weeks before the clients original handover date.  

The Project was successfully handed over to the client in April 2025.
